Whether you’re a beginner or experienced speaker, join us on the 2nd & 4th Monday each month to sharpen your skills. Wimbledon Speakers Clubs aims to help its members develop both confidence and skills in a variety of forms of verbal communication and public speaking. Our meetings are held on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday each month and all are welcome!

If you’ve ever wanted to feel more confident speaking in front of others, this might be a nice local option to try 😊

We’re running our next (and final before summer) session of the Wimbledon Speakers Club this Monday at Wimbledon Library.

This week’s focus is on building rapport with your audience — a really useful skill for work and everyday life.

It’s a friendly, welcoming group, and we’ll also be heading for a drink afterwards at All Bar One.

First session is free, so you’re very welcome to come along and see what it’s like.

21 people joined us on Monday at the Wimbledon Speakers Club — including 3 first-timers 👏

We worked on something simple but powerful: hand gestures. Small changes, but they make a big difference to how confident and engaging you come across.

Some went very structured and logical, others more story-led.

Same goal, different paths.
