A Night to Belong is all about recognising the positive and lasting impact fostering has on children and young people - with great music, great company and a shared goal of raising vital funds to support our work.
We’re really looking forward to a fantastic evening and thank everyone who’s supporting such an important cause 💛

đź’› Have you thought about becoming a foster carer?
Fostering with CANW means offering a child or young person a safe, secure place to live - whether that’s for a short time or much longer.

You don’t need to be a “perfect” parent. To foster, you simply need to:
✅ Be 21 or over (there’s no upper age limit)
âś… Live in the UK or have leave to remain
âś… Have a spare bedroom
âś… Be able to give time, care and commitment

Before you’re approved, you’ll go through a supportive assessment process, usually completed within 4–6 months, including a two day Skills to Foster training course. We’ll talk with you about the type of child who would fit best in your home and what support you feel confident offering.

Once you’re approved:
💛 You’re never obliged to accept a placement
💛 You’ll have access to 24/7 support, every day of the year
💛 There’s plenty of training and guidance available
💛 You’re never on your own

Fostering can be challenging, but it can also be one of the most rewarding things you’ll ever do.
