NADT and Where Poppies Grow Ltd have joined forces to offer an unique hands-on work experience programme for 15 to 24 year olds who are not in education, employment, or training or who are at risk of becoming NEET. We offer an exciting practical work experience located at Where Poppies Grow Ltd, Cumbria's first large scale Film Studio. Pitstop Cumbria from NADT is a person-centred project focusing

on removing the barriers that have been created or that currently exist to a person’s employment, that offers the opportunity for young people to Pause, Refuel, Engage. Pitstop Cumbria uses a wraparound delivery model that is strengths based utilising the strengths and attributes of each person, building on them to achieve a positive outcome.
