Looking at becoming a CHAPS UK Member? Here's a handy guide to the different types of memberships we offer 👇

🏆 Showing - This membership is ideal for those who want to compete and aim to qualify for our Championship Show. It also covers you for HOYS Qualifiers and the BD Associated Championships. As a bonus, you'll get reduced rates on horse applications and at our Regional Shows.

🐎 Animal Only - This membership is perfect if you've already joined CHAPS but have a new horse that you want to showcase. It's also great if you forgot to request a qualifier card for a horse you already own.

😊 Non-Showing - If you're not interested in showing but still want to be a part of the CHAPS community or obtain Covering Certificates as a Stallion Owner, this membership is for you. Plus, you'll enjoy reduced rates on horse applications.

🐴 Auxiliary - If you're solely interested in competing in the Dressage championships and HOYS Qualifiers, this membership is tailored for you. Please note that you won't receive a journal, be able to vote at the AGM, obtain a qualifier card for the Championship Show, or enjoy reduced rates on horse applications or show entries.

Time for a little fun… welcome to our new poll series! 👀

We’ll be putting some important questions to our members, starting with this one… You can have ONE:

🦄 A horse that stays clean
🚛 A lorry that packs itself
☀️ Guaranteed sunshine at every show

Which are you choosing? Tell us below 👇

And no, you can’t have all three. We’ve checked...

As the HOYS hangover starts to wear off, we’d firstly like to congratulate everyone who competed, we hope you thoroughly enjoyed your time! 👏

For those who mark HOYS as their final show of the season, enjoy a well-earned break. We’re sure your ponies are looking forward to becoming as muddy and fluffy as possible. For those now bringing the babies in ready to start their education… you’re in our thoughts. Good luck. We will pray for you. 😂

We’re also looking forward to following the Foal and Youngstock shows this winter, and cheering on our members who have qualified for LIHS!
Meanwhile, we’re busy planning for 2027, with plenty of new ideas for our Championship Show, alongside our judges’ assessments, stallion grading and, of course, our Ball & Awards Evening! 🥂

More information coming VERY SOON… 👀
