COMING THIS WEEK !!
– Chair Yoga with Joy

A new weekly Chair Yoga class is coming soon to CGS Church Hall LILY LANE Bamfurlong

Chair yoga is a gentle and accessible way to keep moving, helping to improve strength, flexibility, balance and mobility, all with the support of a chair.

There’s no need to get up and down from the floor and no previous yoga experience is required. The class will be relaxed and friendly, with movements that can be adapted to suit different abilities.

A kind notice to our villagers . Could household waste not be put in the waste bins on the recreation areas and bins in the village . This should be put into your own household bins . The village bins are full and people are unable to put genuine rubbish in and this is causing rubbish to end up on pavements and roads . Let’s keep our village tidy .
