A lovely, free course from Body. Brain. Belief CIC starts at the end of October.

Its designed for women who:
- May struggle with low confidence or anxiety
- Feel nervous about exercise group settings
- Dont feel "fit"
- Looking for a supportive environment

As a group you will all get to choose what activity you do the following week but these could include yoga, walking, boxing - whatever the group would like to do, together.

They offer lots of great courses such as this, take a look 😊
