Men’s Night 3 & 4!

This month, we’re hosting two men’s nights.
One on Wednesday 10th & the other on Thursday 18th.

We hope you can make it to either or both 🤍

Buzzing that after getting loads of really positive feedback from the first men’s night, we’ll be making it a regular thing.

The plan is to change the days and times to make it as accessible to everyone as possible, with the next one being Thursday 21st May, 7:30pm - 9pm, at .

will be starting with some grounding, I’ll be making brews, and then there’ll be some talks on men’s wellbeing.

There’s no pressure to talk/share, I know I’m the type of guy to turn up to this kind of thing and sit at the back and listen more than I speak, so feel free to do the same 🤝

I want to say a huge thank you to Tommy Leuluai & Sean O’Loughlin who came by the hub on Saturday for the Wigan Warriors Community Foundation fundraiser!

This fundraiser was especially lovely, as it brought lots of people into the hub who probably would’ve never known we were here beforehand. Some of those people asked me about what happens in the All Ears hub & it made me realise how much the hub is evolving to become a really important part of well-being within our community.

So I just wanted to do a post to highlight some of the incredible VCSFE organisations & the sessions they’re hosting at the hub!

🎨 Myself & from host a fortnightly creative coping session for parents

👶🏼 Laura from hosts baby massage and a well-being circle on Tuesday mornings (bookable through their website)

🏃 Phil from hosts a run club & coffee morning every Saturday, and you can just turn up!

🙋‍♂️We host monthly men’s nights (these are free but pls do register for a ticket on eventbrite so we know how many are coming)

🧘🏻‍♀️ will be running some of their funded breathwork sessions from the hub (bookable via their website)

🚸We host school sessions, for enrichment & education

🎂 You can host your birthdays at the hub (flower bouquet workshop, paint & sip, throw paint, rage room) something for all ages!

🪽Our support group for children & young people bereaved by su***de will be launching next month!

& OF COURSE our low cost psychotherapy sessions are booking for anyone age 5+ ❤️

We will be hosting a fundraiser in collaboration with the Wigan Warriors next Saturday (16th) 11:30-1pm

Due to the amazing feedback we got from last month's Men's Night - we have decided to make them a regular thing! The next one will take place on Thursday 21st May at 7:30-9pm.

We will be continuously changing the days, to try and accommodate everyone!

It is a very chilled evening, which starts with some grounding from Zoey (ZEN Wellness) brews by Phil (Bean Better) and general talks about well-being, without pressure to share!
