Black Scorpion Karate Dads, this one’s for you guys , fancy something to get you out of the house during the week?

Me and Phill from Bean Better are starting a new group for dads in Wigan.

There’s no big plan for what we’ll be doing every week, because we thought it’d be better if the dads who come along decide that.

We’ve got some money to spend on stuff like bowling, cinema, days out or whatever else you lot come up with.

we’re starting with the important stuff…

Phill is bringing his coffee skills, and I am bringing cake, and together we’ll all figure out what we fancy doing ☕️🍰

No need to book, just turn up.

🥋 ANOTHER NIGHT OF INCREDIBLE TALENT! 🥋

What a fantastic night of karate! 👊🔥

Our students once again showed dedication, determination and incredible talent as they each took another step forward on their individual karate journeys.

Every student has their own path, their own challenges and their own goals — and tonight, so many of them earned the next belt on that journey. 🥋🏆

We couldn’t be prouder of every single one of you. Whether you graded successfully or are still working towards that next step, your effort, commitment and progress never go unnoticed.

Keep training. Keep learning. Keep believing. 💪

Your journey is yours — and every belt is another milestone along the way! 🥋❤️

Well done, everyone! 👏👏👏
