For the Mothers Who See the Quiet Miracles

Today is for you.
For the mothers whose love stretches farther than words,
whose patience is deeper than oceans,
whose strength rises quietly with every sunrise.

You are the ones who celebrate the victories
the world sometimes forgets to notice—
a new word,
a brave step,
a moment of eye contact,
a laugh that lights up the whole room.

You see magic in places others might miss.
You understand a language made of smiles,
hand squeezes,
gentle glances,
and the beautiful silence where love speaks louder than anything.

Your children may not always say “I love you”
the way others do,
but it is there in every way they reach for you,
in every moment they trust you to be their safe place.

In the way their world settles
when you walk into the room.

Your love is fierce.
Your love is patient.
Your love is the steady heartbeat
guiding them through a world that can feel too loud, too bright, too much.

And though some days are heavy
and the road can feel long,
please remember this truth today:

You are seen.
You are extraordinary.
You are deeply, endlessly loved.

Because to your child,
you are not just their mother—

you are their comfort,
their courage,
their whole world wrapped in the gentlest kind of love.

And in their own perfect, beautiful way,
their hearts whisper it every day:💙💛

⚠Do you have a young person in Year 9 or upwards and need support, or are unsure of what comes next? Our next Preparing for Adulthood (PFA) session on Tuesday will be with Wigan Supporting Skills and Futures Team and we will have Emma Foster from Inclusive Futures to share information on their Short Breaks Service. Inclusive Futures is available to young people aged 14-18 with complex needs and learning disabilities. They offer personalised support and activities, helping young people to build independence and skills, access sensory provision and make friends. And of course the PFA team will be there for any questions or info! We are lucky enough to be able to use the new pod at Scotsman's Flash. Come along for refreshments, take in the amazing scenery, meet other families and find out information😆

Hi everyone!
I hope you’ve all had a lovely half term 💛
Just a quick note to let you know there will be no group this Thursday, but we’ll be back on 5th March at Hope School and College.
As there’s no group this week, I thought it would be nice to meet up for a relaxed chat and breakfast at Brewers Fayre instead ☕🍳
⌚️We’d meet at 9:15 onwards.
Please let me know if you’d like to come along, and I’ll book a table.
Hope to see some of you there! 💬✨

As we step into a new year, we’d like to thank everyone who has been part of our journey throughout 2025 💙💛
A huge thank you to all who have supported us, fundraised, donated, and helped us grow — we truly couldn’t do this without you.
We’re excited to welcome everyone to our 2026 groups, which will be running alternately between two venues:

📍 Brighter Dayz
Please remember to check the flyer for each session, as it will clearly show which venue we’ll be at on the day.
Whether you’re joining us for the first time or continuing with us into the new year, we can’t wait to see you 🌟
Thank you again for being part of our pride — here’s to an amazing 2026 together!
