We don’t do this very often as our services are confidential! However, with permission and with even greater need to spread awareness! This post is to give inspiration to anyone struggling with mental health… 💪🙌⭐️🎉 Patrick Boswell, has dug deep, held on tight without excuse or defeat 🥊 , no matter how dark the days he has shown strength and determination to push on and keep moving forward!!! Well done Patrick, he has done it not only for himself, his family but for the community, NHS and to show others battling PTSD, depression and anxiety that with inner strength you can do this!!! 👊⭐️

**COVID Update**

We’re open and here for you.

As always, your comfort and safety is our absolute priority. To make sure that you can continue to receive treatment in a safe and comfortable environment, we’ve made a few important changes.

To give us time to complete a thorough clean before and after each appointment, we’re limiting our appointment slots to 4 per day. We’ll also be leaving plenty of time between appointments, to avoid the need for you to social distance from other clients.

Please don’t be alarmed if we ask you a few additional questions when you make your next appointment. This is simply part of our enhanced screening process, which is designed to keep us all safe.

On arrival we’ll ask to take a reading of your body temperature. We’ll be using a standard forehead temperature gun, just to check you don’t have a fever.

We know that these measures might be a little uncomfortable, but we’ll do our best to ensure your experience is as enjoyable and stress free as possible.
