A big thank you to everyone who supported our Golf Day.

A special thank you to Radius UK for hosting the event and for being such valued supporters of our charity. Their continued backing plays a huge part in helping us bring people together through events like these!

Also thank you to Stoneacre Wigan for sponsoring the Hole-in-One Challenge and adding even more fun to the day. The karaoke car was fantastic and thank you for the brilliant content.

We’re also very grateful to ATPI for sponsoring the event and volunteering throughout the day.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who came along and made the day what it was. It was great to catch up with familiar faces, make new connections and enjoy a brilliant day on the course.

A fantastic day on the course for a great cause! ⛳💙

Our engineers, Craig and Billy, were proud to take part in the Charity Golf Day in support of Rebuild with Hope, teaming up with colleagues from Brown & Brown Insurance for a great day of golf, networking, and fundraising.

It was a brilliant event that brought people together to support an incredible charity making a real difference in the community. A huge thank you to everyone involved in organising such a successful day. We were delighted to support the event and contribute to such an important cause.🤝

Thank You to Our RBWH Volunteers

As Volunteers' Week comes to an end, we'd like to recognise the incredible contribution our volunteers make across Rebuild with Hope.

Every day, volunteers support our stores, Community Hubs and projects, helping customers, sharing skills, organising stock, supporting activities and bringing ideas to life. Their commitment helps us do more, reach more people and create more opportunities in our communities.

Volunteers' Week is a great opportunity to celebrate that contribution, but the impact our volunteers make is something we see all year round.

A brilliant digital citizenship session earlier this week!

We covered the everyday online skills that really matter after custody: paying bills, using housing and council portals, managing Universal Credit, planning journeys, accessing appointments and staying safe online.

This is what digital inclusion should look like: practical skills, safer choices, confidence, and space to reflect.

Later that day, Fran provided one-to-one support to a learner, helping him find more affordable train travel options for his new job and set up online banking.

A great day of learning and support!

For Volunteers’ Week, we wanted to give a mention to Anita and Nicola from our Kirkham store. 👏🏼🧡🙌🏻

Anyone who follows the shop will know that Kirkham has become much more than just a place to pick up a bargain. There’s a real community around it, both in store and online, with people regularly popping in for a chat, sharing posts, and supporting the shop in all sorts of ways. 💬

Anita and Nicola are a big part of that. Alongside all the hard work that goes into keeping the shop running, they help create the friendly atmosphere that keeps people coming back. 🛒

We’re very lucky to have them as part of the Kirkham team. 🧡

Meet our Gappies! 👋🏻🧡

We’re delighted to welcome India, Lewis and Chad to Rebuild with Hope as part of a 4-week work experience placement with WeMindTheGap.

WeMindTheGap is a fantastic charity that supports local young people into training, employment and education, and we’re proud to be working alongside them once again.

Over the next few weeks, India, Lewis and Chad will be gaining hands-on experience in our warehouse, learning new skills, building confidence and getting an insight into the day-to-day running of a busy charity.

We’ve worked with WeMindTheGap before and have seen first-hand the positive impact these opportunities can have. It’s great to have more young people joining us, and we look forward to supporting them throughout their placement.
