Epic Kidz Charity EpicKidz is a charity funded by EpicEvents & Lakeland 100. We deliver a number of sporting projects to primary school children, free of charge.

We also support a wider range of community groups and organisations who require funding, through small grants.

Our Trikidz team have kicked the week off in Warrington visiting St Peters and Brook Acre.
293 children have taken part in our FREE duathlon 🏃‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️ and triathlon 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️ sessions.

☀️ We know everyone loves the idea of a sunny day (or a slot during sports week!) for our FREE Swim, Bike, Run Fun Sessions but unfortunately, that’s not always possible.

Since launching our TriKidz project in 2020, we’ve delivered sessions to over 110,0000 children FREE of charge across the North West 💥

At Epickidz we believe sport isn’t just for the summer it’s an all year round adventure that helps children build resilience, confidence, and a love for being active.

A huge thank you to all the schools that have welcomed us and supported our sessions, even through the colder months. ❄️ Your commitment makes a real difference! 💪

👉 Let’s get our Jan-April 2027 dates filled so we can open up our summer sessions nice and early and get even more children enjoying the swim bike run fun. 🚴‍♀️🏊‍♂️🏃‍♀️

What a week for our Trikidz team 🙌 659 children. 3 schools. 5 days of swim bike run fun! 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️
We might have faced 4 seasons in a single week, but the incredible energy and smiles from these kids outshone the weather every single day. Rain, wind or shine, they gave it their absolute all! ☀️🌧️💨
Huge congratulations to all the children and staff that took part, you made this week epic. You are all superstars! 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️

We ended the week with something a little bit different. 148 children from St Peters R C Primary School, Newchurch took on the swim, bike colour run fun today 🌈
The rain didn't dampen anyone's spirits and the children showed great resilience throughout the sessions with the added fun of powder paint 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️🌈

It's been a huge week for our charity delivering our FREE sessions to 825 children 💥
We've had Hazelhurst Primary, Milnthorpe & Hippings Methodist taking on our virtual LL100 challenge ⛰️🏃‍♂️ and Bowness Primary, Lowton junior & infant school and St Mary's Lowton taking on the swim bike run fun 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️ with our Trikidz team.

What an adventure its been delivering The Montane Lakeland 50 & 100 virtual challenge to primary schools throughout September 🏃‍♂️
955 children have shown great resilience, support and learnt about the amazing weekend in Coniston that happens every July raising funds for our charity. Every child that took part received a Lakeland medal and buff 😍

Milnthorpe Primary ran a staggering 200 miles to take top spot 🏅and shared this fantastic reel.

Our Epickidz team kicked off the week delivering the virtual The Montane Lakeland 50 & 100 challenge at Hazlehurst Primary who smashed out 102miles 🏃‍♂️⛰️ and bagged themselves a LL medal and buff.
