Good morning 🌞

We are now on TikTok, showing you the type of work that comes our way.

Part and Full Property clearances, but also pest control before and after clearance. Not particularly nice jobs, but they've got to be done.

We also do garden work, removing and replacement of loft insulation, black damp and mould treatment, sparkle clean to environmental clean and bio hazard cleaning.

We clear lots of different types of property. Some filled with furniture, some almost empty, but needing flooring removing, and some, like this one, with previous drug activity, which needs an environmental clearance, which includes a thorough needle sweep.

Not particularly nice jobs as they carry much higher risk of injury to our Clearance team, but very satisfying once the work has been done and the property is ready for the tradesmen to go in.

Garden clearance booked in for when the rain 🌧 stops!

Autumn and Winter always an extra challenge when it comes to garden clearances, but we get them done ✔️

Not many people have the stomach for this type of work. Just roll your sleeves up and get stuck in 😀

Yard clearance was completed and we will over 35 bin bags, 10 tonne bags, and 5 large clear bags.

Was a good few hours work in filthy conditions.

What do you think of this job? Would you do it?

A yard clearance filled with food waste, contaminated cat litter, filled nappies, and general waste.

Smell was horrendous 🤢

A big job for the next couple of days. Fire damaged property, with a full clearance and rip out needed.

Will be multiple skips and van loads needed for this one.

We cleared a fire damaged flat yesterday over in Birkenhead, which was a big challenge. Top floor, narrow staircase, no lift and no chute. Everything carried down by hand, in 35 degrees heat 🥵

Today, I had the delightful job of clearing a blocked toilet and a bath that had then been used as the toilet!!!

Absolutely horrendous job, but needed doing, so it was done! Not without 🤢 though.
