💚 A Huge Thank You to Our Incredible School Community! 💚

What an absolutely fantastic Celebration Fun Day we had! 🎉 The day was a huge success, filled with smiles, laughter and a real sense of community — and that’s all thanks to the amazing people who made it happen.

First and foremost, a massive thank you to the staff at Monkseaton Middle School who organised such a brilliant event. Your hard work, dedication and care truly shone through and created a day to remember for everyone involved. 👏

We’d also like to say a heartfelt thank you to all our children, parents, carers, family members and supporters who came along and made the day so special. Your continued support means everything.

And to everyone who has supported our campaign along the way — we are so grateful. Whether you have:

💚💚💚Huge Thank You 💚💚💚

Yesterday, parents and carers were informed that our incredible Headteacher, Ms Nichols-Mackay, will be leaving us at the end of this school year.

Today, we want to share a truly heartfelt and enormous thank you for everything she has done for our school community 💚

Ms Nichols-Mackay has been at the heart of our school, leading with dedication, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to every single member of our school community. Her passion for creating a nurturing, inspiring, and ambitious environment has helped shape not only the school itself, but the experiences and futures of so many children.

Under her leadership, the school has grown in strength, spirit, and success. She has been a constant source of support for staff, pupils, and families alike, always putting the wellbeing and progress of the school community first.

While we are incredibly sad to see her go, we are also immensely grateful for everything she has given. Her impact will be felt for many years to come, and her legacy will continue to inspire us all 💚

We wish Ms Nichols-Mackay all the very best in her next chapter — she will always remain a valued part of our school’s story 💚
