🎬 A great couple of days on location with Ajax Systems and Mech-Elec Group Ltd!

We were invited by Ajax to take part in a video shoot exploring the BAFE Fire Safety Register application process, helping to demystify what’s involved and make certification more accessible to businesses.

A huge thank you to SSAIB certified firm Mech-Elec Group Ltd, who kindly opened up their offices and helped us bring the project to life.

It was great to see everyone working together to show what the BAFE journey really looks like, and we look forward to sharing the finished videos with you all.

And, of course, a special mention to the cutest little dog on set 🐶, who may have stolen the show!

Following on from our South-based auditors, it is now the turn of our North-based auditors to take part in the latest audit process training.📋

By ensuring our auditors across the country receive the same training, we can maintain a consistent approach to our assessments and continue delivering a professional service to SSAIB certificated firms.

Keeping our audit processes consistent and up to date. ✅

Over the last two days, our South-based auditors have been taking part in training focused on the latest updates to our audit processes and audit reports.

The sessions provided a valuable opportunity for the team to work through the changes together, share their experiences, and make sure everyone is aligned on how the updated processes will be applied during future audits.

Ongoing training like this helps us maintain a consistent approach across our auditing team and continue providing a professional service to SSAIB certificated firms.

A landmark moment for the fire and security industry in Wales!

We’re incredibly proud to see the first ever cohort of FESS apprentices in Wales complete their journey and qualify as Fire Emergency and Security Systems Technicians on Friday.

This is a significant milestone for the industry in Wales and demonstrates what can be achieved when employers, education and industry work together to develop the skills and competence our sector needs for the future.

Congratulations to every newly qualified FESS Technician! Some of which being from SSAIB firms. Lathan Evans in picture one, from SSAIB approved company Voltsecure Ltd. As well as, in picture two, Jason Hill, Jordan Newman, and Tyler Pearcey, from SSAIB approved company EuroSec Limited👏.

A fantastic achievement and an important milestone for the industry in Wales.
