Tonight at Whitland Rugby Club, we’re offering a FREE Defibrillator Training Course that could make you a life-saving hero in an emergency. 🫀

Every second counts when someone experiences cardiac arrest. Immediate use of a defibrillator (AED) can double or even triple their chances of survival. Yet, many people don’t know how to use one. This course will empower you with the knowledge and skills to take action when it matters most.

Why is this training so important?

Quick Response Saves Lives: Cardiac arrest can happen anywhere—on the field, at home, or in public places. Your ability to respond quickly with an AED could mean the difference between life and death.

Boost Your Confidence: Learn from experienced instructors and practice using real equipment, so you’ll feel confident in an emergency situation.
