If you think that you can help Kelly, who has previously supported SWS Cymru, Support With Scoliosis sharing her own scoliosis story to inspire others, please consider completing the short questionnaire below.

Have you seen or shared our new early detection animation yet?
And more importantly β€” have you downloaded the ABCD of Scoliosis poster?

πŸ–¨οΈ This free resource is designed to help anyone learn and remember the early signs of scoliosis, using the simple ABCD method:

A for Asymmetry β€” Uneven shoulders, hips, or waist

B for Bend Forward β€” Look for rib or back bulges when bending

C for Check for Curve β€” Notice abnormal spinal curvature

D for Diagnosis β€” Confirmed by specialist X-ray

πŸ’‘ Perfect for schools, clinics, gyms, youth groups, or anywhere you want to raise awareness.

πŸ“₯ Download the poster here: https://ssr.org.uk/explore-more/resource-library/
πŸ“Œ Print it, share it, pin it up β€” every bit of visibility helps spread the word.

Let’s get more eyes on scoliosis early detection this month.
Thanks for helping make it happen.

We’ve teamed up with scoliosis advocate to share an animated video and helpful resources you can use and share.

πŸ“ What’s coming up this month:
πŸ”Ή The ABCD campaign launch
πŸ”Ή Exclusive interviews and personal stories
πŸ”Ή Our flagship London awareness event
πŸ”Ή Ways you can get involved

πŸ“² Follow along, spread the word, and help us raise awareness that could make a real difference.
