Come along and say hello!! We get together to socialise with old friends and make new friends, take part in activities, and learn about interesting topics.

The Hampshire Whitchurch Women’s Institute is a friendly, mixed-age group of ladies who usually come together on the third Thursday of every month, we meet at The GNC meetings start at 7.15pm, first meeting is free. Meetings vary from speakers on subjects that interest the group, craft activities and social evenings. This year we can look forward to a nature talk, Yoga, the Whitchurch Bake Off and much more! We are also involved in the local community through volunteering and fundraising and joining together with other local organisations. The WI were asked to help crochet and knit pumpkins to help decorate The Silk Mill for The Harvest and Heritage Festival. They certainly looked charming in and around the mill.

Money raised from our 2 weeks in Rotations, thank you to everyone who helped in the shop and also those who bought items.

A BIG thank you to the Whitchurch Women's Institute who generously donated £550 to The Kingfisher Day Centre at our recent Coffee Afternoon - this is very much appreciated and we can't thank you enough for your support!

Rotations

We will be open at 9.30am and will close around lunch time tomorrow.

Whitchurch WI are pleased to announce that in Rotations, all clothes and shoes will be £1 and all other items half price, tomorrow (Thursday)

Rotations Charity Shop

Due to the extreme weather warning of heat for tomorrow and Thursday, we, Whitchurch WI, have decided to close the shop for the 2 afternoons.

Opening times:

Wednesday 24th 9.00am until 12.30pm

Thursday 25th 9.00am until 12.30pm

We will review Friday’s opening time over the next 2 days.

Sorry for any inconvenience, but we felt it was unfair to ask our volunteers to endure these current temperatures.
