Gents we have extended the deadline for RT only sales to the end of this month. On 1st Nov we will be opening up sales to 41 club. If you are interested in coming get your tickets booked before then to guarantee a place!

Gentleman thank you for your patience while we finished getting things sorted for this event. We are now in a position to go live with our ticket sales.

Have had a few queries about whether this event is open to all 4 clubs. The current plan is to open sales to Round Tabke members only but I f we haven’t sold out our ticket allocation by a set point it will be opened up to all 4 clubs.

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!

Gentleman, the team in Area 9 have been working hard to pull the framework of a new Hike and Bike event to bring to you all in 2026!

We are pleased to announce that the location will be Hawes!
Nestled in the Yorkshire Dales and home to the famous Wensleydale Creamery.

We have attached a load of information in the pictures below so please take a look. Info includes what Hike and Bike is, what the plan for the weekend is, dates for your diary and the costs of various tickets.

We are in the process of sorting the ticketing website so will be in a position to release tickets soon. If you haven't followed this page already please do. We will be posting updates on here with dates of the ticket sale go live. There is also a WhatsApp group you can join to get more information on the event or likely ticket go live dates. Just scan the QR code in the picture below on your smartphone 😃
