REGISTRATION DAY 3rd September 10-1
Remember it’s our BIG day on Thursday at the Pavilion 10-1 to sign up for any of our 40+ groups - we really do have something for everyone! All you have to do is pay your membership and then take your pick, all our groups will have a table and someone you can talk to and find out more.

MEMBERSHIP
I am writing to thank all those members who have already paid their renewal membership fee. It has been so helpful, enabling me to spread the task of renewing those memberships in a more measured way.

There are now just 2 weeks to our Enrolment Day on Thursday 3 September. As of today there are still almost 500 members who have not yet renewed. If anyone is able to make their payment - by bank transfer, cheque or cash - before the 3 September that would be much appreciated.

I quite understand that many of you do prefer to wait until the Enrolment Day and bring your payment with you. That is perfectly OK. However, any advance payments mean there is then less to deal with in the immediate and busy aftermath of Enrolment Day.

If paying by bank transfer please remember to send me an email advising that you have made the payment.

Everyone who has emailed me to say they paid by bank transfer (or sent me a cheque or cash payment) should by now have received a confirmation email receipt back from me.

If you have not received a reply would you please first check your spam folder to check it has not gone there. If it has, just move it into your inbox and that should ensure all future emails are received OK. If there is no email there then it probably means you didn't email me to tell me you had made a payment by direct transfer. I can usually trace your payment eventually and renew your membership then but this does take me a little longer.

Many thanks for your help with all this. If anyone needs any further information I am happy to help.

Hope you are all looking forward to starting the new U3A year. There are so many Groups available and hopefully something for everyone.
