Singing together is good for us, giving us time to breathe, connect with other people, make some noise and enjoy the wonderful feeling of being part of something bigger than ourselves.

Whitby Community Choir is about great music, friendship, laughter and belonging, with no auditions and no expectation that you arrive as a confident singer, because the joy comes from finding our voices together.

If you could do with a little more singing in your week, come along to our open session on Wednesday 30 September at 7.15pm at Flowergate Hall and find out what Whitby Community Choir is all about.

We had an absolutely brilliant choir session last night! We tried out new songs, including Forever Autumn, which got us feeling wonderfully seasonal, and had a hilarious time singing all those ‘do dos’. Who knew one song could fit in so many?

We can’t wait to get together again next week and make even more fantastic music.
