Start a Heart 24:7 Start-a-Heart is a charity dedicated to provide access to and education and awareness of Defibrillators (AEDs) in the community.

Start-a-Heart is a charity dedicated to provide access to and education and awareness of Defibrillators (AEDs) in the community, initially (but not limited to) to the Metropolitan Borough of Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Predominantly funds will be raised by events, including collections, to support the purchase of Defibrillators and external security boxes. These should have 24/7 access where possi

ble and be located in prominent locations with an established footfall. Clear signage of facilities will be a priority. Currently the British Heart Foundation do not assist with funding of Defibrillators into emergency boxes installed in locations where there is not 24/7 access. Start-a-Heart intends to fill the gap. Additionally, but to a lesser extent, funds will also supply the materials required to provide education and awareness of defibrillators in both location and use.

❤️ WE ARE READY…….. ❤️

For our Start a Heart 24:7 event tomorrow. This has been months of planning, raffle selling, signed memorabilia selling and everything in between.

Massive thank you to all that’s donated prizes, had a go on all the shirts, football cards, the raffles and even just thanked us for the hard work.

Few more bits to do inside now and quick dash to grab a few last bits tomorrow but we are in for a long busy day and hope you will all come along and see why we are nominated for two Charity Awards this year 👍 😎 👌
