What a lovely post from Belinda Sound Room Healing!
We thoroughly enjoyed your talk and demonstration. Learning all about the history and science behind it was fascinating! Your passion, enthusiasm and dedication was very clear and I am sure you will see some of our members at your next session! Thank you very much!

I was delighted to give a talk about Sound Healing at Whalton WI last night. Thank you for making me feel so welcome and at ease. You are an amazing and inspiring group of women. I hope I will see some of you again at future sound baths at Whalton Village Hall, 😊

We've signed the Wellbeing of Women Workplace Menopause Pledge ❤️
Click here to read more 👉 nland.uk/MenopausePledge
The pledge recognises the importance of supporting staff who experience the menopause in the workplace.

The Pledge requires organisations to make three key commitments to council staff who are impacted by the symptoms of menopause and their colleagues. These commitments include recognising that the menopause can be an issue in the workplace and women need support , talking openly, positively and respectfully about the menopause and actively supporting and informing your employees affected by the menopause.

Well how fantastic was our cocktail making evening on Thursday?! So lovely to have fun, try some drinks we wouldn’t usually, chat to new friends and to sing Jerusalem! Who is trying the cocktails at home this weekend?

Big thanks to our mixologist Craig and The Beresford Arms - Whalton for putting on a great evening.

We’re already looking forward to our next get together at 7pm on Thursday 18th August when we’ll enjoy a talk about Women’s Health, with a focus on menopause, in Whalton Village Hall.
