What a lush way to start the day! 🙌🏻

We started our morning creating our own mocktails 🍹 We had a range of colourful fruit to choose from 🍌 as well as some frozen fruit to make our drinks icy cold in this hot weather 🍓 We also had several tropical juices to add to our drinks 🧃 To top it off we added sparkling water to add a bit of fizz 🫧.

Later, we enjoyed drinking our mocktails 🍸 whilst playing games 🧩

🌈 ✨ Spice Up Your Life! ✨ 🌈

The performing arts crew recently celebrated Pride Month with a fun-filled session inspired by the iconic Spice Girls! 🇬🇧

We started the day with some stretching and imagination games before learning about the history of the Spice Girls and how each member had their own unique personality and style 👨🏻‍🎤
Their message of friendship, confidence and being yourself has made them beloved by people all over the world, including many within the LGBTQ+ community 💖

We watched clips from the Spice Girls movie 🎥 discussed what our own Spice Girl nicknames might be, and then had lots of fun getting into costume and embracing our characters! 🙌🏻

The day finished with a fantastic singing and dancing session to some of our favourite Spice Girls hits 🎶 There were plenty of smiles, laughter and girl power as everyone joined in and celebrated individuality, self-expression and having the confidence to be yourself 🤩

A wonderful way to kick off our Pride-themed activities! 🌈

🎾 What a fantastic morning on the court! 🌞

Our sports group had an amazing session with tennis Coach Clive - Building skills, boosting confidence, and having plenty of fun along the way 🤗 From impressive rallies to lots of smiles and laughter - Everyone gave it their all! 💪🏻

A huge thank you to Clive for another energetic and engaging session 🙏🏻 We can’t wait to get back on court for more tennis action! 🙌🏻

🐝 The arts & crafts team recently celebrated World Bee Day by creating their very own bee art! 🎨

Using recycled cardboard and bubble wrap, we painted colourful honeycomb effects before carefully painting and decorating our bees with little faces and details 🥰

Everyone loved getting creative, and we were all absolutely buzzing with the results! 💛 🖤

Over 2️⃣0️⃣ members of Dorset Abilities Group came together recently to enjoy an energetic and fully inclusive ‘Join In With Jaimie’ fitness and movement session! 💪🏻

The session was packed with fun, movement, laughter, and teamwork - Giving everyone the chance to get active in a welcoming and supportive environment 🤩
It was fantastic to see so many smiling faces joining in and enjoying the activities together, including yet another newbie ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who took part and helped make the session such a success! 🌟
