🌟 We’re hiring: Youth Work Manager 🌟

4Youth (South West) is looking for a confident, motivated and values-driven Youth Work Manager to help lead our youth work team across Melksham, Westbury and the surrounding areas.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people, enjoys leading others, and wants to help shape safe, inclusive and engaging youth work sessions.

You’ll be part of our Senior Leadership Team, supporting staff, coordinating rotas, overseeing session quality, helping with safeguarding, and making sure young people’s voices are at the heart of what we do.

We’re looking for the right person, not perfection. You don’t need to tick every box to apply — if you have the right attitude, experience with young people, and a willingness to learn, we’ll support you to grow into the role.

📍 Hybrid role based in Melksham
💷 £17–£20 per hour
🚗 Driving licence and access to a vehicle required
🎓 Training and development provided
