What a thoroughly enjoyed evening.
Our guests at the table were lovely, sharing their weeks stories with us , some happy , some very sad 😔 but were just happy to be heard , hugged, laughed with and even cried with , which was sadly the case for one young lady, who confided in Eileen that her partner of 13years or so , had passed away 😢. Eileen was extremely upset as they were regulars that come to our feed and supper run , peaceful and humble couple , the rest of us only learned the sad news later on , leaving quite a few feeling a tad low, and quite concerned for the young ladies mental health in her bereavement. Other than this sad news , the evening was lovely. Plenty of food was out after Adrian Hood and Jane Black had cooked up a feast for them all, Hhuk had supplied puddings with the help of M&S Pudsey and our linda made her infamous Cup cakes. Many thanks to all that donated, food, clothing and essentials, well done to our Eileen Fahy, creating so many emergency packs .
