Bread and bakes in the VC

The Pentland Bread Shed will be back in the Village Centre tomorrow, Fri 23rd Oct, and Sat 24th Oct, both days 10am-12pm.

Citizens Advice Bureau

Peebles and District Citizens Advice Bureau will be in the Village Centre today, Tues 6th October.

Their outreach worker, Richard Callaghan, will be available to meet with you between 10am till 12pm - just ‘drop in’ to see him in the VC.

Advice provided by CAB is always free, independent, impartial, confidential and available to everyone.

Favourite Things, Familiar Places

What a lovely buzz there was in the Graham Institute yesterday as more than 200 people ‘gathered here from far and near’ to enjoy this eagerly anticipated exhibition - they weren’t disappointed!!

Dozens of fantastic photographs of local people (almost 100 of them!), all taken by local photographers.

A cuppa, some home-baking and a blether with friends and neighbours added to the enjoyment for everyone.

The free exhibition is open again today, Sat 4th Oct, 10am till 3pm - would be lovely to see you

Delighted to welcome our Whipman, Campbell and Whipman’s Lass Anna to day one of our Favourite Things, Familiar Places photography exhibition in the Graham Institute yesterday.

The exhibition proved a real winner yesterday - over 200 people came through the doors! It will be open again today, Sunday 4th October, 10am till 3pm.

We’d love to see you there - a warm West Linton awaits you.
