Taking some time out from day to day stresses and responsibilities is so important for our mental and physical wellbeing - some time just for ourselves.

Yoga helps us find a sense of peace and calmness in our lives whilst also strengthening and stretching our body so that we can keep our bodies moving in the best way possible.

We're set building this evening, wallpaper going up, furniture moving in, the bar will be stocked up with wine, beer, a G&T or a whiskey and your popcorn and icecreams will be ready to go as we get ready for opening night on Thursday! 4th to 7th June at Westbourne Hall, West Kirby.

Just over 3 weeks to go! Rehearsals are going fantastically, props are being sourced and set is being built... there's doors and windows all over the show, bits of costume keep appearing, and soon we'll have a fully dressed cast ready to go! 😁
