A big thank you to Llewellyn & his team Make More for coming to Kuumba Centre last week & telling us all about the Windrush Claim Compensation Support Scheme.

Make More provide support & guidance for those who may be eligible for the scheme. Their mission is to bridge inequality by providing a range of support for those who experienced the Windrush journey. Your session was informative yet educational on how those eligible can make a claim! We hope to see you again.

🔊Your voice really does matter! As part of Better Homes, Better Health programme funded by People’s Health Trust, we facilitated a tenant consultation bringing together residents from across Birmingham & the Black Country to explore the relationship between housing & health.

Participants discussed the realities of poor housing, the impact on their physical & mental wellbeing, & the barriers they face in accessing support.

These types of consultations are important to us as it is important we hear your views on such important issues!
