Thank you for everyone who attended our quiz night, AGM and BBQ last night. Hope you all had as much fun as we did. We can't thank you enough for all your support and for all your kind donations, especially all the people behind the scenes serving drinks, cooking food, and running the tombola. Without you all we wouldn't have had such a smooth running night. Congratulations to 2 of our leaders who received service awards for 5 years and 35 years, your dedication is amazing.

Thank you again from team 26th Sandwell.

Who's going to be watching the eclipse tonight, safely of course! Show us what you have made or how you are viewing the eclipse. Are you using eclipse glasses or have you made a pinhole camera 🌕🌓🌑

Last night was our last night of Scouts and a few of our cubs before joined in the fun, before our 2 week summer break. A fab night was had by all, cooling off with water games. I'm sure the leaders had just as much fun, and we're covered in just as much water. Tonight is Beavers last night and they will be having a much more chilled film night.

The Good Shepherd is holding their summer fayre tomorrow between 10-2. We will be there selling items, to hopefully enable us to buy new equipment like tents etc to enable our group to have better experiences, we will also be promoting our scout group to the local area.

If you are free pop in and say hi and have a wonder around the other stalls that will be there 😊

Hi everyone,

Just a quick thank you to all those who came along to the service today to support the church during the Bishop’s visit.

It was lovely to see our Scout Group represented and to show our appreciation for the support the church gives us.

Thank you all again.

Hi everyone 👋😊

Just a little reminder that on Sunday 14th June, the Bishop of the Lichfield Diocese will be attending the service at The Church of the Good Shepherd.

As you all know, the Church has been absolutely fantastic in supporting our Scout Group and has kindly allowed us to use the hall at a very generous cost while we settle into our new home and continue to grow.

So, we’d love to show our support back by turning up as a Scout Group and being part of the wider church and local community for the morning.

It would be brilliant to see as many Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, parents, carers, and leaders there as possible. The more the merrier! 🦫🐺⚜️

The service starts at 11:00am.

There will also be food and drinks after the service, so it’ll be a lovely chance to stay for a chat, spend some time together, and show what a great Scout community we have.

Thanks everyone — it would be amazing to see a really strong turnout from our Group! 😊👍
