Hall Hire -
The costs of hiring the Hall are:

Main Hall £12 per hour
Community Room £10 per hour
Meeting Room £7.50 per hour

Exclusive use of the kitchen £25 one-off charge

Weddings and adult parties will be charged a damage deposit of £250. Similarly, exhibitions and conferences will be charged a damages deposit of £100. As we move from late summer into autumn our practices will invite us to slow down, reconnect and resource our inner reserves with a blend of:

🍂 Grounding meditation
🍂 Somatic practices
🍂 Invigorating yoga movement
🍂 Restorative rest & integration

Classes invite you to explore embodied movement and flows, with moments for restoration and reflection, weaving breathwork throughout. They offer time for reconnection and integration during your day.

Through guided movement, breathwork, and rest, we'll release accumulated physical and mental tension, building capacity, strength, and mobility.

Your Class Pass Options

Whether you're able to commit to a weekly practice or need a little more flexibility, there's a pass to suit you:

5 Class Pass | £45 - For those who can commit to weekly practices.

4 Class Flexi Pass | £48 - Four flexible class credits to use throughout the Autumn Term. The first half of the term runs up to and including 20th October. Perfect if you can’t always make it to your mat every week, because, well… life happens!

Flow & Go One Class Pass | £15 - For those times when you're in need of an occasional hour of uninterrupted bliss.
