To all Facebook followers. This page will cease to be monitored or used. And ultimately be deleted in early April.

The Trust that has run the Centre for the last 30 years or so was informed by the landlord (Powys County Council) that the lease for the centre would not be renewed in December last year. A long story .........

The Centre will on future be run by PCC through the school. All questions and booking requests will need to be directed to the school for dates after 31st March 2026.

The Trust has been converted to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation and will continue to operate it's own property and leased properties to provide changing rooms and facilities for football, crickets, bowls, tennis and other outside sports.

The Trustees thank you for your support over the last few decades.

There are still tickets available for Thursday and Saturday night and there may be some on the door to buy but Friday night is selling fast so don’t take chances - get your ticket in advance from either Welshpool Jewellers, The Bottom Shop, Guilsfield or online through our website

🎭 CASTING CALL – GUILSFIELD A.D.S.
📣 WE’RE CASTING FOR OUR AUTUMN PRODUCTION!
Guilsfield Amateur Dramatic Society is looking for a performer to join the cast of our upcoming farce: “Dying to Meet You” A comedy by Ron Hutson
📍 Performed at Guilsfield Community Centre
🧍‍♂️ Role Available: Clive (an undertaker)
The character is written as a man who appears around 25–30 years old, but we welcome interest from anyone who feels they can portray this age range on stage.
Strong comedic instincts and good timing are a plus — but above all, enthusiasm is what we’re after!
🗓️ Rehearsals:
Already underway! Currently Monday evenings, moving to two evenings a week after the summer.
