The Big Weekend is moving on!
Hi everyone,
It’s time to let you all know that The Big Weekend festival will no longer be continuing in Welshampton North Shropshire.
We’re sure you’ll all agree we’ve had 12 fantastic years (14 since its conception) bringing you the best bands, musicians and dancers, from the US, the UK and Europe; but above all that we’ve all collectively just had the best times ever!!!
We are so incredibly proud of all we’ve achieved over these years, and it’s not without great sadness that this incredible chapter comes to an end.
However, the Big Weekend legacy isn’t over yet, and the committee is as we speak dreaming, scheming and planning where we’re going and what happens next!
Exciting possibilities are emerging, and announcements will be shared when things become clearer.
For now though, thank you so much everyone for your unending support and for bringing so much love and joy to our very special and unique little festival!
Here’s to the North Shropshire Big Weekend and all of us who sailed with her! xXx
