Wells Storehouse takes referrals from support agencies - by voucher, by telephone or email. Each food parcel provides approximately 3 days worth of food, with 3 meals a day, plus toiletries. The Foodbank is open on Weds and Sat mornings from 10-30am-12.30pm at The Old Pumphouse, Rowdens Road, Wells BA5 1TU. The Storehouse Furniture Project recycles donated furniture, stores it and distributes it f

Wells Foodbank has vacancies on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings 9.30-12.30. Must be reliable, able bodied, as there is lifting involved, comfortable working as a team, or alone.

The foodbank is in desperate need of egg boxes (sixes only) if anybody has some to spare please? You can drop them off to us in Rowdens Road on a Tuesday and Friday 9 - 11 or Wednesday and Saturday 9 - 12.30.

INFORMATION POST

Here at Wells Foodbank we are already thinking about Christmas and we will shortly publish details of changes to our opening times over the holiday period.

We have made the decision this year not to distribute gifts to our clients so unfortunately we will be unable to accept gift donations. However, we still want to give our clients some treats over Christmas so we would be delighted to accept Christmassy food treats such as selection boxes, chocolates and tins of biscuits etc that we can add to our regular food parcels.

We do appreciate all the support we receive from everyone and we hope you can continue this over the festive period.
