Dancefit is on this Tuesday, 12 May, 7-8 in the village hall. First class free, bring a mat for cooldown stretches.

No class on Tuesday 19 May then we sail on through the summer.

Lots to do at our village hall from chilled Tai Chi to busy busy tap dancing, relax with the arts and craft or get it on with line dancing, sample homebaking at the cafe and then burn it off at dance fit.

Thanks to the National Lottery we have been able to insulate our hall roof and we have had a professional accoustic system installed in our big hall and small hall using recycled sheep wool shaped into clouds. Here's our kitchen with the clouds system which is used for a fortnightly pop up cafe, art class and parish council meetings. Thank you National Lottery!

Eaten too much chocolate? come along to dance fit on a Tuesday night and burn some calories. Dance is the best exercise. It's not competitive, you love music and moving and you don't have to follow the teacher.
