Welborne Beer Festival 2026
A village event – run by volunteers – for everyone
📅 Saturday 11th July 2026
🕒 From 3pm till late
📍 Adjacent to Welborne Village Hall
Held every two years, this much-loved village event raises much-needed funds to support Welborne Village Hall and brings our community together for a great afternoon and evening.

❤ All profits go back into the village

Can you help?
The festival is entirely run by volunteers, and we simply can’t do it without you. Many hands really do make light work — even a single shift helping out makes a big difference.
We’re looking for help with:
• Setting up before the event
• Manning the gate
• Manning the bar on the day
• Helping in the family area
• Clearing up the day after
No experience needed — just a willingness to help and be part of a great village event.
Thank you for volunteering
As a thank you, all volunteers will receive:
• Free entry to the festival
• A free drink and food on the day
• And the satisfaction of being part of an
awesome village team
