We’re up and running at the community centre, it’s hot outside but we’ve got plenty of indoor crafts going on to keep out of the sun 😎
We’ve got outdoor games and plenty of space for picnics both indoors and outdoors!

It’s going to be another hot one tomorrow, but we’ll have plenty of indoor crafts, petting farm, and games!

We will have plenty of cold drinks with the refreshments to make sure everyone stays hydrated! Bring a picnic and suncream ☀️

We'll be up and running from 10am-1pm, picnics are welcome!🥪 As always, please remember we have limited parking down at the centre so please do walk down if you can!

Great start to Plant Swap May at Watton Food Hub. If you have more seedlings than you need or have been moving / splitting perennials why not pop the spares down & see what you can swap for? Nothing to swap? Just make a small donation. Simples!

Would anyone be interested in rehoming an 8' x 10' shed? Free to a good home but you would need to dismantle and move it yourself. In reasonable condition but not needed any more here.

Are you keen to learn more about growing food & flowers?

FREE Level 1 AQA 6 week course “creating a kitchen garden(growing food & flowers too!)”
Starting Wednesday 29th April, running every Wednesday between 10am-1pm until 10th June (with no class Wed 27th May/half term).

This course will look at creating, growing and designing a kitchen garden or allotment plot with a focus on veg, herbs & cut flowers. It is suitable for anyone who has a little or plenty of gardening experience wishing to develop their skills. Over the course we will share core principles of using tools & techniques from bed preparation, propagation, planting, plant care and developing and enjoying the garden throughout the seasons. The course is a great way to see how we do things here at Eves Hill Veg Co and will be delivered by Tom who is an experienced veg, cut flower grower and garden maker.As well as being suited to home gardeners and allotment growers, we also recommend this course to anyone who is looking for professional development, moving into community, education or market gardening.

We're ready to go!
All set up here at the Centre for our 2nd Easter Fun morning.
Just need to switch on the bouncy castle & we are off!
New-U are here with a brilliant 'up cycling' activity, what can you make? They have also brought along some rails of clothes for your spring collection!
And of course our usual crafts, trail & refreshments.
