Another lovely lunch! A big thank you to Lincoln's of Hingham for looking after us so well 🥰❤️

They came back this lunchtime….our dear friends from ‘Meet Watton’.
Albeit a smaller group than usual but nonetheless they still made up the volume and were a fantastic bunch as always.
We even had a new shirt 👕 from ‘Bert in the shirt’ 🤣🤣 and from this picture I’m sorry Yvette but it looks like you won the biggest dessert on the table competition 🍓don’t you agree!

Thanks for coming back guys and we look forward to seeing you all again soon. 🥰

10 of us ventured out for our 4.3 mile walk around Merton yesterday. As always, it was lovely to have a good catch up, get some fresh air and just enjoy being out together.

The weather was perfect too — sunny and around 23 degrees, which was just right for walking.

Another really enjoyable walk with a great bunch of people. Thanks to everyone who came along! ❤️

A lovely day out in Brighton! 🥰🌊

A little blustery, but warm enough to enjoy a good wander around. We had a stroll along the pier, a bit of window shopping and plenty of mooching about with no particular agenda — just enjoying the day.

A long one, but great fun and definitely a day well spent! ❤️

A wonderful warm Wednesday walk was enjoyed by our members this week. Our 4 mile circular walk took us along the River Little Ouse in Thetford, around The Nunnery Lakes Reserve where we were lucky enough to see lots of birds including kingfishers. We returned along the River Thet, and finished our walk with a delicious lunch at the Black Horse Pub. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon.

A sensational 7 mile circular walk around Yaxham was enjoyed by six of our members this morning. The sun was warm, the air was fresh and alive with birdsong, the scenery and big skies were stunning, as were a group of hares who started chasing each other across the open landscape. A magical morning spent with lovely company. Thanks for leading us, Chrissie. We ended the morning with a delicious lunch at The Bull in Dereham. We look forward to seeing you all again soon.

The weather was changeable for this mornings 4.5 mile walk around Swanton Morley, but this didn’t dampen our spirits and there was the usual fun and laughter as we enjoyed the scenic countryside. We started with the elevated views from All Saints Church, and then followed the River Wensum out along farmland paths before returning to Swanton Morley and a delicious lunch at Darbys Pub. Thanks to Chrissie for leading our walk, and to Malcolm for being our photographer. We look forward to seeing you all again soon.

We had the best time at Lincoln's of Hingham last week catching up with friends old and new and celebrating Susie’s birthday 🎉🎁🎂

What a warm Wednesday it was for our Meet Watton members 3.8 mile walk through the peaceful woodlands of Great Hockham. We enjoyed strolling along the scenic trails lined with towering trees, which offered us some very welcome shade, as we listened for the birds singing, and enjoyed the wildlife. Lots of friendly chat, fun and laughter was enjoyed by all. We finished our walk with a delicious lunch at The Chequers Inn. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon.
