Kitty Kat Rescue & Rehoming Hertfordshire Charity 1199095 I have been rescuing cats/kittens for about 14 years now. Based in Sth Oxhey WD19. They will be spayed/neutered if over 2kg. Homechecks & Adoption fee will apply

All rescues will have a full health check, chipped, at least 1st vaccination, flead & wormed. Registered Charity: 1199095
Hi I have been rescuing cats/kittens and other small furbies for a good couple of years now. I am not a registered charity and therefore rely on raising money or donations from kind people be it money or clothes/bits & bobs to sell. Each animal I rescue is taken to the vets and

get them all checked so that they are in good health. They are flead, wormed, chipped, spayed/neutered if over 4 months & at least the 1st vaccination. I have 5 of my own cats, all rescues. I love what I do and even if I can save a few animals from abuse or take them off the streets and find forever homes then this makes me happy. Before rehoming an animal, a home check is carried out by me to ensure that the forever home will be suitable for the animal. Please do not be offended if you are refused, please try other rescues. I do not rehome to people living in flats above 1st floor or homes on or close to main/busy roads. If you think that you may be able to offer a loving forever home then please send me a message. 🐾RESCUES NETWORKING TOGETHER SAVES MORE LIVES🐾

I waited to make this post as I wanted to make sure everything would be ok

A couple of weeks ago I had a call from a lady who worked on a construction site & she had been feeding a mum cat & 2 x 5-6 mth old kittens

One day she came into work & found 1 of the kittens unable to move her back end, possibly hit by a car

She rushed her to a vets where they did xrays. Luna as she was named had a broken leg & pelvis. Luna was bought back to the portacabin. She was in pain & needed help asap

With rescues being in crisis, I called my good friend at Cats Protection Hendon, Finchley & Mill Hill Branch I was in tears knowing that i didnt have the capacity atm to help.

Told the story & half an hour later it was arranged I would drive Luna to Rspca Finchley for her operation to get her fixed. Muma cat, Princess & her son, Sole, I dropped off at the cattery

After Luna's operation she was transferred under the care of Cats protection hendon to a foster to recover. She will be spayed in a few weeks. Xrays are in the pictures.

Muma Princess & Sole are now under the care of RSPCA Finchley where they have been spayed & neutered & will be ready to find their forever home soon

Remember Midnight who came in heavily pregnant as she was found as a stray. She had 4 beautiful kittens on pancake day

Midnight is actually really sweet. She has been an amazing mum to her lil pancakes & now its time for her to live a life with no more breeding, a nice garden to sun herself & a lap to sit on

Shes about 1.5 years old

Midnight could possibly live with another cat as she doesnt seem to mind my cats but would also be ok on her own getting all the human attention

This lil guy was found playing in the middle of a road that runs through a wooded area, in the dead of night

No houses just woods. Was he dumped????

Teddy is the most gentle, loving kitten. If hes with humans & getting cuddles, he is happy
Teddy is roughly 4.5 months old, not neutered, not chipped but that will soon change

Meet Pixie
This little girl was heard crying in a front garden on a busy road. Thankfully the homeowner had a good look & found Pixie hiding under some bushes.

He knocked on neighbours but no one came forward & ive put up some posters on the street

Pixie is roughly 10 weeks old, had fleas & skinny. She is a loving kitten but growls when she eats, probably due to not knowing where her next meal is coming from, she doesnt need to worry anymore.

Meet Luna
Again another very young pregnant cat
On 23rd March 26, i got a call to say that a cat someone had been feeding since a kitten was now very heavily pregnant at about 11 months old.

She wasnt friendly, very nervous but very hungry so I dropped a trap round to see if we could catch her

That night she was going into the trap to get food. We didnt set the trap until the next evening

24th March, got her ✔️ with the help of the feeders who she was used to

Early hours of 29th March, Luna had 5 kittens. Yes 5 from a young small body

She had no idea what to do
Sadly 1 kitten was born sleeping 🌈

With Luna being so protective, I wasnt able to check the kittens straight away, all i could do was check from a distance they were feeding

31st March i noticed something wrong. 1 of the kittens looked deformed. That day I had to try move the kitten to check. I was nervous she wouldnt let me, swipe or bite me. She was calm

I rushed 3 kittens to the vet. Sadly another kitten had died under her still attached to the placenta & 2 other unbilical cords had become twisted & stuck

I left her feeding 1 kitten so that she would hopefully not notice i had taken 3 away from her

Once at Fauna Veterinary the vet managed to detach the dead kitten from the 2 other kittens

The 2 deceased kittens are back together & have gone for cremation 🐾🌈🐾

Thankfully Luna accepted the 2 returning kittens so she is happily now feeding 3 kittens

If she had been left to give birth outside, like so many atm, she wouldnt be feeding any kittens as they most likely wouldve all died

This little girl is a sweetie, with everything shes been through
Nearly died, damaged diaphram, carrying 6 kittens, not being able to eat & her breathing was awful.

She has now been signed off by the amazing Fauna Veterinary & fully recovered

But Stevie likes to give false head bumps & lashes out. Shes bitten all the vet nurses & vet so the decision has been made to release her back to the feeder who is happy to carry on feeding her on her terms

She was spayed & now eartipped
