Thank you to the all the customers thats support, ive had a lot of questions as to how this works so wanted to post about it.
Food banks,community groups send me there requests weekly or monthly.
I put these items in to the bags and price them.
The customer selects a bag they want to donate and add to there shopping trolley/ basket.
Once you reach the checkout its scanned and the checkout assistant will either show where to pop the bag or keep it aside and do it for you.
They then are donated to food banks and community groups.
We support the following
Waterlooville foodbank
Care and share Waterlooville
Sophies legacy
Cowplain breakfast club,
I'm always happy to speak to customers about these charities when instore
