💚 Have you, or somebody you care about, ever struggled with their mental health?
The reality is that most of us know someone who has. That's why the work Root and Branch does is so important, providing support, connection, and a welcoming environment for those who need it most. 🌿
We’re incredibly proud to be supporting this fantastic local charity that helps adults improve their mental wellbeing through meaningful rural activities such as gardening, woodwork, crafting, and spending time in nature.
Recently, we paid them a visit to meet some of the team, learn more about the incredible work they do, and see first-hand the positive impact they have on people across our local community.
With increasing pressure on NHS services and long waiting times for support, organisations like Root and Branch are more important than ever. They provide a vital lifeline for people in their time of need, offering a safe, supportive environment where individuals can build confidence, develop new skills, connect with others, and improve their overall wellbeing.
What really stood out to us was the passion of the team and the genuine difference they make to the lives of so many people. Their work goes far beyond the activities themselves – they're helping people build friendships, regain confidence, find purpose, and improve their mental health in a welcoming and supportive setting.
