Thank you to everyone who supported Root & Branch at our annual Spring Plant Fayre.💚

We were delighted to welcome 375 visitors to the garden for an afternoon of plants, crafts, refreshments, games and community spirit.

Thanks to your incredible support, together we raised over £5,300. These funds will help us continue providing support to adults experiencing mental health challenges through therapeutic gardening, rural crafts, meaningful activity and a welcoming community environment.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, donated, baked, crafted, set up, cleared away and supported the event in any way. This achievement belongs to all of you.

Thank you for helping make the day such a wonderful success. 💚

A quick reminder that Root & Branch will be closed on Monday 1 June for our annual trip.

For participants and volunteers joining us, please arrive between 9:30am and 9:45am. We hope to leave by 10:00am.

A picnic lunch will be provided, but please bring a bottle of water. We also recommend wearing a hat and applying sun cream, as we’ll be spending time outdoors.

If you haven’t yet let us know you’d like to come and would like to join us, please comment on this post or email [email protected] and we’ll add you to the list.

We expect to return at around 2:00pm and look forward to a lovely day out together.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Root & Branch through the Yoga in the Garden sessions.

It has been wonderful to see people coming together on Saturday mornings to enjoy movement, fresh air, relaxation and time outdoors in such a peaceful setting, while also supporting the work Root & Branch does within the community.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has donated via our JustGiving page after attending the sessions. Your kindness and support genuinely help us continue supporting adults experiencing mental health challenges through nature, creativity and community.

A huge thank you as well to Vicki from https://silkyoga.co.uk for so generously giving her time, energy and expertise to create such a welcoming and inclusive space for all.

The sessions are continuing every Saturday morning, and everyone is welcome.

A thank you to for kindly donating towards Root & Branch staff t-shirts and to Sarah at Faringdon In Stitches for turning our order around at lightening speed!!

The t-shirts were proudly worn during our Spring Plant Sale and made such a difference in helping the Root & Branch community feel more recognisable, connected and easy to identify throughout the day.

A little calm amongst the busyness of life.

These gentle garden yoga sessions are continuing throughout the summer in support of Root & Branch, offering a welcoming space to relax, move and spend time outdoors surrounded by nature.

It’s lovely to see people of all ages and experience levels coming together in such a peaceful setting, while also supporting the work Root & Branch does within the community.

We were delighted to welcome Shrivenham County Councillor Emma Markham to Root & Branch ahead of the opening of our Spring Plant Sale.

Emma kindly presented Root & Branch with £1,000 towards the first stage of improving accessibility around the garden, helping make the space more accessible for all who visit and attend the centre. It was a fantastic way to begin what turned out to be such a lovely afternoon at Root & Branch.

We are incredibly grateful for the support and look forward to continuing to improve the pathways and outdoor spaces across the garden. 💚

Thank you to everyone who came along to support Root & Branch, spent time in the garden, enjoyed the atmosphere and helped make the afternoon so special.
