Our 1st Williton Cubs have recently enjoyed a fantastic District Camp at Kilve, where they took part in a range of exciting activities including archery, climbing, and even a slip and slide, making lots of great memories along the way.

On a separate occasion, they also spent time litter picking around Williton, doing their bit to help keep the local area clean and tidy.

We’d also like to remind everyone that you can support our Cubs by purchasing saving stamps at the Williton Co-op. Members of the public can buy these stamps for us, which we can then use in store to help pay for food for camps like these.

Thank you for your continued support! ❤️

🐿️ Squirrels Adventure: Puxton Park Fun! 🎉

Last Sunday, our Squirrels had the absolute best time at Puxton Park, as part of the County Fun Day – and what a day of memories it was! 🥳

There was so much to enjoy, but a few moments stood out as absolute favourites:
✨ Bouncing non-stop on the giant bouncy pillows – energy levels were off the scale!
🦎 Getting up close and personal to stroke a friendly lizard – brave faces all round, and everyone thought it was amazing.
💦 And best of all… getting their leaders completely soaked on the squirty boats! We definitely didn’t let them win, and it was so funny seeing everyone end up wet and giggling. 😂

It was a brilliant day out full of laughter, new experiences, and great fun together. Well done Squirrels – you were all fantastic! 💚

A big thank you to everyone including the parents who helped make it such a special day.

Huge thanks to the Minehead and District Lions Club for their incredible generosity! 🦁 We were thrilled to receive a donation of £400 to support the children who attend 1st Williton Scout Groups. This kind of local support makes a massive difference for our young scouts. We feel very lucky to be part of such a supportive community! ⚜️💙
