After weeks of conversations with parents — and powerful feedback from our recent survey — we’ve created something completely different but hugely valuable 💡

These workshops will give your child real-life tools they can use right now… skills that go beyond the classroom to help them make smart choices, stay safe, and grow in confidence.

And yes — there’s plenty of hands-on, practical self-defence too. 💪

🟡 “Ten–Teen” (Ages 10–12yrs)

Building confidence and connection as they transition into secondary school and start navigating the early challenges of teenage life.

🔴 “Teen–Up” (Ages 12–16yrs)

Equipping teens to make strong, safe choices as they grow into young adults and take on greater independence in a complex world.

Available to members & and non-members, and you DO NOT NEED to be on free school meals to qualify for a space 😊
