UK says it wants global talent but why are so many skilled workers and international graduates leaving?

People study here, pay taxes, gain UK experience… but many still can’t get sponsorships or a CoS.

Meanwhile, net migration is falling, companies say they have skill shortages, and talented people are moving to Canada, Australia, the UAE, or back home.

So what kind of talent does the UK actually want?

Do you think the immigration system is:
