🎄✨ Christmas Magic at Whitecross Community Centre! ✨🎄

More Than Men CIC and the Friends of Whitecross came together to host a fantastic Christmas Market at the Whitecross Community Centre — and what a brilliant day it was!

Families enjoyed a festive Santa’s Grotto, incredible live singers, and a wonderful variety of stalls showcasing local businesses and charities. The atmosphere was full of community spirit and festive cheer. 🎅🎶🎁

A huge moment of the day came as Nathan Savage, founder of More Than Men CIC, and the team completed their challenging walk from Albert Docks, Liverpool, arriving back at the market around 3pm. They were met with a warm welcome from their families and hundreds of well wishers who came out to cheer them on. 👏🚶‍♂️💛

We were also pleased to have the Mayor of Warrington and MP Sarah Hall in attendance, joining the community in celebrating this fantastic festive event.

A massive well done to everyone involved — what an amazing show of teamwork, local pride, and Christmas spirit! 🎄❤️

☕✨ Whitecross Ladies Group Afternoon Tea for St Rocco’s Hospice ✨☕

In late November, the wonderful Whitecross Ladies Group hosted a fantastic Afternoon Tea in support of St Rocco’s Hospice — and what a lovely event it was!

Guests enjoyed live music from Aidan on his guitar, plus plenty of fun with bingo, a raffle, and a tombola. The room was full of chatter, community spirit, and generosity.

🎉 Over 30 people attended, helping to raise an incredible £600 — all of which has been donated directly to St Rocco’s Hospice.

A huge well done and thank you to the Whitecross Ladies Group and everyone who came along to support such a meaningful cause. 💛
