🐝 WASP NEST TREATMENT – PLEASE TAKE CARE! 🐝

Just a quick heads-up that we’re having a wasp nest treated at Croft Village Hall this Friday 16th Oct after school pick-up time.

The wasps are currently active near the footpath leading into the car park, and they may be a little more grumpy than usual during and after treatment! 😬

⚠️ Please take extra care, keep your distance from the area, and avoid walking too close to the nest if possible.

Thanks for helping us keep everyone safe! 💛

🎨 CROFT ARTS TRAIL – WE WANT YOU! 🎨

Are you a local artist, maker, crafter, designer, writer, performer or creative of any kind?

We’re planning something new for Croft — a village-wide Arts Trail on 15th & 16th May 2027, bringing together local creative talent and inviting the community to explore, discover and enjoy what’s happening right here on our doorstep.

We’re imagining a weekend of pop-up galleries, exhibitions, workshops, live music, performances and creative spaces, connected by a walking trail around the village.

🌟 And we want YOU to be part of it!

Whether you already have a creative business, make things as a hobby, perform, exhibit your work or simply have something creative you’d love to share, we’d love to hear from you.

This is an expression of interest at this stage to gauge if we would have enough content for an event of this scale — no commitment required. We’re keen to find out who’s out there and what amazing creative talent we have in and around Croft.
