A very generous donation was left at the Salvation Army for Music & Memory on Monday morning. Unfortunately, the lady who left it did not leave her name. We wrapped up our 2025 groups with a fantastic Christmas party on Monday. Lots of food laughter and dancing. Perfect recipe. Thank you to everyone who came along and for all the donations we received. Can`t let the moment pass without a huge shout out to our amazing volunteers who make all this possible. Turning up week after week always cheery no matter what they are going through personally. You know who you are and hope you know how much you are appreciated.🥰

We will return in 2026 when we will be celebrating our 10th year of Music & Memory!

Groups start on Monday 5th January with Love To Move from 1.15pm-2.30pm so come along and work off all that Christmas pudding, followed by Music & Memory on Monday 12th January from 1.30pm-3.30pm.

Volunteers needed for our Music & Memory and Love To Move groups. We are looking for volunteers to join our friendly team to help us at our groups held every Monday afternoon in Warrington. The role involves a small amount of manual work in helping us to move chairs and tables at the beginning and end of the group as well as help with the preparation and serving of refreshments. Today we visited the South Asian Dementia Awareness Group at Whittle Hall community centre.

The group meets every other Tuesday from 11am-1pm.

As part of today's visit we discussed the with everyone and how it works.
