Bread 🍞 classes at Mamars Artisan Bakery & Licensed Delicatessen in 2026!

Next available places for our popular Bread Class is Sunday 22 February (50% booked) as January is now full.

The class takes place in our Bakery in Sankey Street between 10am and 2pm and costs £65pp

We work with small groups of around 10 Bakers and cover the technical requirements of both Sourdough and Yeasted Breads in a practical hands on way - which means you do everything from start to finish! You go home with 2 loaves you make and bake during the class, a Sourdough dough you have made to bake the following day, flour, starter culture and lots more knowledge to continue your baking journey. You also get access to our Bread Club.

We have deliberately not increased our prices for the spring classes as we want to keep encouraging you to bake at home.

Want to offer as a gift to a keen baker you know? Same email and we’ll sort you out with a Bread Class e-voucher. There’s more than one way to get as much freshly made and baked goods into your house so don’t forget to add your own rules to the gift (eg half the goodies! 😂)

Whatever you choose our classes are lots of fun as well as great learning and you even get our yummy food and drinks as refreshments are provided too.

After an exciting show weekend, Pantoville has come to an end (It’s sadder than that 😢)

We are so grateful to all of our wonderful audience who came out to support this epic show!

We were doubly blessed to receive a visit of the Mayor of Warrington on our final show. It’s your support of you all who keeps us going 🫶

Today, Warrington remembers those who have fallen in war at the cenotaph, Bridge Foot.

The Mayor of Warrington will be joined by war veterans, religious leaders, and members of the armed forces for this important civic event.

At 9.45am, the Parade will form at Warrington Town Hall before departing at 10.20am via Springfield Street, Palmyra Square South, on the way to the cenotaph. At 10.59am, the service will begin with the ‘Last Post’, and a national two-minute silence will be held.

If you wish to attend the ceremony, please access and exit the cenotaph via the marked crossing points and ensure you have arrived by 10.45am.

Road closures are in place from 8am until 12noon at Bridge Foot and the surrounding areas, and from 9am until 12noon around Queens Gardens and nearby streets.

Free parking is available all day in the Time Square Warrington multi-storey car park.

We thank all servicemen and women, past and present, for their bravery and the sacrifices they make for our freedom.
