Tonight, Saturday 26 March, at 8.30pm we will be turning off all non critical lighting across all our buildings in the UK and Ireland for 1 hour to support WWF’s Earth Hour.

👕 👖 PRE-LOVED SCHOOL UNIFORM 👕 👖

Thank you very much for the uniform donations that we have received so far 🥰

We will have a table in the main hall at Parents Evening on Monday 28th March 3-8pm where we will offer pre-loved school uniform items on a voluntary donation basis 🤗

The school office are collecting pre-loved school uniform donations throughout this and next week. Please continue to send them in and PTFA will prepare everything ready for 28th. No shoes or trainers thank you.

We are having a pre-loved / used school uniform table at Parent’s Evening on Monday 28th March ❤️

If you have items of school uniform, which are still in good condition and you no longer use, we’d love to receive your donations 🤗

Please drop them off at the school office before 28th so that we can ensure everything is cleaned, prepared and displayed ready for the night 🤗

Aviva employees have £250k to donate to charities this financial quarter. From tomorrow, employees will decide which charity project listed on their current community fund site they will donate to.

But WE ALSO NEED YOUR HELP 🤗 🙏 🥰

We want to raise £3k of combined donations from Aviva and also from our own network - friends, families, community etc.

Why are we looking for donations……..??

THE PLAN 📝
We will educate our children on the key challenges facing our planet and environment and then together we’ll identify practical ways that we can help to tackle and combat these! 🥊 We will THINK GLOBALLY AND ACT LOCALLY 🌎 🏡

THE VISION 👁
We want to make a REAL and PRACTICAL difference on a local level to our planet and environment. We will teach our children eco and environmental lessons that they can share at home with their families and friends and with future generations to come.

WHAT WILL WE DO WITH FUNDS RAISED 💰 💴

🍅 Develop an area to grow fruit & veg
🏫 Sell our produce at a School Market
🪱 Develop a Wormery for composting
🐝 Plant flowers to attract 🐝 and 🦋

Welcome to Winwick Eco Warriors. We are an Eco Club who educate children about the major challenges facing our planet and environment. Together we then identify tactics and practical solutions to help combat these problems. We think global and act local.
