🌎💐 Flowers From Around the World – Part 1 & Part 2 💐🌎
Two Creative 5‑Week Floristry Courses
Ready to take your floristry skills to the next level? These two separate 5‑week courses are ideal for learners who already have basic floristry experience and want to explore global floral design.
Across each course, you’ll discover the culture, traditions, colours and techniques that inspire stunning arrangements from around the world — all while building your confidence and creativity.
✨ What you’ll explore:
• Floral styles and traditions from countries including India, Japan, Holland, Latin America, France, Scandinavia and Thailand
• Sustainable design methods — including creating arrangements without floral foam
• A variety of advanced floristry techniques and international design influences
🌸 Materials & What to Bring:
• Basic flowers are provided each week
• Bring a pair of household or floristry scissors to your first class
• Your tutor will advise which sundries to bring weekly
• You may be asked to bring additional evergreen foliage (details emailed before the first session)
📩 Important:
Please provide a current email address when enrolling so the College can contact you with first‑week details.
Learners should attend weekly to complete all course aims.
💷 Materials cost: £25 for each 5‑week course (payable by all learners).
🌼 Please enrol at least one week before the course begins so flowers can be ordered for you.

Thinking about trying floristry? This free, friendly five‑week course is perfect for absolute beginners or anyone wanting to refresh their skills.
You’ll learn the essential techniques needed to create beautiful floral arrangements with confidence, including:

Basic materials are provided by the College — you’ll just need to bring your own scissors and some foliage each week.
